3. User Obligations

As a user of 황금기 유학's services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information required for all applications and services.
• Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.
• Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials and be responsible for all activities under your account.
• Treat our staff and other users with respect and refrain from any abusive, harassing, or discriminatory behavior.
• Understand that visa applications and admissions are subject to the discretion of governmental authorities and educational institutions, and 황금기 유학 cannot guarantee approval or admission.

4. Fees and Payments

Details regarding fees for our various services will be provided clearly in a separate service agreement or consultation. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing. 황금기 유학 reserves the right to modify its pricing structure at any time, with prior notice to clients.

Students are responsible for all external fees, including but not limited to, application fees, visa fees, tuition fees, examination fees, and travel expenses.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on our online platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, as well as the compilation thereof, and any software used on the site, is the property of 황금기 유학 or its suppliers and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or publicly display any content from our platform without our express written consent.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. 황금기 유학 does not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 황금기 유학, its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, or licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on our services; (iii) any content obtained from our services; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 황금기 유학 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our services or your violation of these Terms.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our services shall be exclusively brought in the courts located in Seoul, Republic of Korea.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the service.
